December 17th is Pan American Aviation Day.  This day is in celebration of the contributions to the aviation industry.  Also, it stimulates interest in aviation in American countries. However, this day is not a public holiday in the U.S.  The sitting president of the U.S. may issue an annual proclamation to observe Pan American Aviation Day.  Schools may organize class trips to visit aviations museums.  Also, students can play a version of “Jeopardy” that has all things aviation as the categories.  So, choose a category and let’s take flight!
