Introducing the 5k Finisher Medal!
The Hot Chocolate Run presented by Allstate is almost upon us Chicago! Will you run for chocolate? What an amazing event it will be! As an added bonus, there is a Hot Chocolate expo for two days to get you excited about the run.
The Hot Chocolate 15k/5k Run will take place on Sunday, November 3rd at Grant Park.
The swag bag is super cool and is being given out so that’s another bonus! The swag bag features a navy full-zip fleece-lined jacket with a hood and coral accents for women. Fellas there’s also cool aqua accents in men and youth sizes for you too. You can fill up your swag bag with all kind of Hot Chocolate gear at the Expo from previous races. Here’s another bonus: you can try on your hoodie at the Expo at the Swap Area to ensure your size fits you just right.
The expo will feature different vendors that will make your run easier. This years vendors have everything from running shorts to unique running skirts. One vendor even has a purse pouch that you wear snug to your body designed to help keep all of your personal items safe and secure. You can buy bib pins, head scarves with cool sayings and so much more.
The Expo will be held November 1st and 2 starting at 10 am at McCormick Place. At the Hot Chocolate Chicago Expo, you can pick up your packet, which includes a race day bib and other goodies.
Due to the massive volume of Hot Chocolate Chicago participants, there is no race day packet pick-up so make sure you make it out to the Expo. However, if you can’t make it out you have the option of sending friend to grab all of your goodies!
Did we mention there will be chocolate at the Expo AND the race? In addition to water, plenty of chocolate goodies will be provided after the race so you will have something to look forward to at the finish line.
So how will you get to the race? There will be extra trains available on the red line, but allow Fellowship Fleet to take care of your transportation needs for the day so that driving will be one less thing to think about on race day.
